Refund Policy

At RepairMyWatch.in (a brand of APKX WATCHES), we take pride in delivering professional watch repair and servicing. Due to the nature of horological services, all services are subject to the following refund terms:

1. Service Fees

Once a watch has been inspected, opened, tested, or serviced, the service fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome. This covers time, labor, diagnostics, and technical work already performed.

2. Parts & Components

Any parts installed or ordered specifically for a customer’s watch are non-refundable, even if the customer chooses not to proceed further or the watch develops unrelated issues.

3. Pre-Existing & Hidden Conditions

Many watches, especially older, vintage, or heavily used ones, may have pre-existing, hidden, or internal damage that cannot be detected until the watch is opened. RepairMyWatch.in is not responsible for issues caused by:

• Rust, corrosion, moisture, or impact damage

• Worn, fragile, or previously tampered parts

• Prior improper repairs

Such conditions do not qualify for refunds.

4. Water Resistance & Usage

Water resistance testing and sealing reduce the risk of water entry but do not guarantee protection against misuse, extreme conditions, or aging seals. Damage caused by water exposure, shock, or improper handling after service is not refundable.

5. Customer Negligence

No refunds will be provided for damage resulting from:

• Drops, impacts, or mishandling

• Exposure to water, heat, chemicals, or magnets

• Unauthorized opening or adjustment after service

6. Limited Service Warranty

We may offer a limited workmanship warranty at our discretion. This covers only the specific work performed and does not include unrelated parts, wear and tear, or external damage.

7. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if approved, apply only to the portion of work that was not performed. All diagnostic, labor, and completed services remain non-refundable.
