Terms & Conditions
RepairMyWatch.in

By accessing or using RepairMyWatch.in, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Service Nature
RepairMyWatch.in provides professional watch inspection, servicing, repair, restoration, and related horology services. All services are performed on a best-effort basis due to the mechanical, aged, and fragile nature of watches.

2. Pre-Existing Conditions
Many watches may have hidden, worn, corroded, or previously damaged parts that are not visible until the watch is opened. RepairMyWatch.in is not responsible for any failures caused by pre-existing conditions, prior repairs, water damage, rust, wear, or age-related deterioration.

3. No Performance Guarantee
While we aim for the highest quality workmanship, we do not guarantee accuracy, power reserve, water resistance, or long-term performance due to variables beyond our control including part condition, wear, handling, and environment.

4. Water Resistance
Water resistance testing reduces risk but does not guarantee protection against moisture. Damage caused by water exposure after service is not covered.

5. Parts & Replacements
All parts supplied may be new, refurbished, or compatible replacements. Cosmetic or functional differences may exist. Removed parts may not be returned unless requested in advance.

6. Customer Responsibility
Customers must handle watches carefully after service. Damage caused by impact, misuse, magnets, moisture, tampering, or unauthorized repair voids all responsibility.

7. Payments & Refunds
Inspection, labor, and parts are non-refundable once work begins. Refunds, if approved, apply only to unperformed services.

8. Liability Limitation
RepairMyWatch.in and APKX WATCHES are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of value, sentimental loss, or resale impact.

9. Website Use
Content, branding, and logos belong to APKX WATCHES. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes are governed by the laws of India.
